I do promise to make up for the days lost with a zatak post on my temple-tour. For those interested, the itinerary is as follows:
Day1: Reach Thrissur station and catch a ride to a village called RAPAL. Visit the Kurumali Kaavu there and spend rest of the day in the village. Evening to visit smaller temples in the village and then head to Guruvayoor and stay overnight.
Day2: Early morning darshan at Guruvayoor and Mammiyoor temples followed by lunch at the Brahmins' mess. Departure to Palakkad later that day. Sight seeing at Palakkad depending on time available.
Day3: Early morning darshan at Emoor Bagawathy temple. Rest of the day no major plans except visit to other temples in Kalpathy and Lakshminarayanapuram. Long name.Train to Chennai at 9pm.
Yes this post has not much in it. The warning does not apply to those who dislike my blogs. To them my message would be "Happy Holidays!!!".
Recalled the following incident just now and wish to share it as a closing comment.
At an audit in a construction site, Mr.Peter (show-off) was also visiting. He had to attend Nature's Call and walked on tenterhooks towards the toilet. Almost there, he turned and asked Us "Is the toilet fit for CONSUMPTION???"
Eeei ulla unkaandhu full meals saapadaporaya??? Our mind voices in chorus.
